Delivery & Shipping
UK Shipping Only: We ship to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Standard Items: 24–48 hours to process + 24–48 hours transit. Total: 2–4 working days.
Partner / Shopify Collective Items: Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by supplier.
Shipping Costs: Orders under £150: £7.99 | Orders £150 and over: FREE
Mixed Orders: Standard and partner items may ship separately; costs applied individually.
Tracking: All orders are tracked. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once dispatched.

Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us to arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 5-14 business days of receiving your return.
