What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:

- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
Warranty Duration by Product Category
Travel Systems & Strollers
Standard Warranty: 2 years from date of purchase
Coverage: Frame, wheels, folding mechanisms, harness systems, and brake components
Fabric & Accessories: 1 year from date of purchase
Note: Many of our premium brands offer extended manufacturer warranties - see brand-specific details below.
Car Seats
Standard Warranty: 1 year from date of purchase
Coverage: Structural integrity, harness systems, and adjustment mechanisms
Important: Car seats have expiration dates (typically 6-10 years from manufacture). Warranty does not extend beyond the manufacturer's expiration date.
Safety Note: Car seats involved in accidents must be replaced and are not covered under warranty.
Nursery Furniture
Standard Warranty: 2 years from date of purchase
Coverage: Structural defects, drawer mechanisms, hardware, and finish defects
Assembly: Products must be assembled according to manufacturer instructions. Improper assembly voids warranty.
Bedding & Textiles
Standard Warranty: 6 months from date of purchase
Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and stitching
Care Requirements: Products must be cared for according to care label instructions.
Accessories & Small Items
Standard Warranty: 6 months to 1 year (varies by product)
Coverage: Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@babyblossomandbloom.com with "Warranty Claim" in the subject line
- Provide Details: Include your order number, date of purchase, product name, and a detailed description of the issue
- Submit Photos: Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue
- Proof of Purchase: Provide your original receipt or order confirmation
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Manufacturer Warranties

Warranty Remedies
Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we may offer:
- Repair: We'll arrange for the product to be repaired at no cost to you
- Replacement: We'll replace the defective product with an identical or comparable item
- Refund: In cases where repair or replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund
- Parts Replacement: For minor issues, we may send replacement parts for you to install
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims:
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for items that need to be returned

UK Consumer Rights
