When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment method will be charged immediately when you complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

Important: Authorization holds may appear on your account before the final charge is processed. These typically clear within 1-3 business days.

Transaction Fees

There are no additional fees charged by Baby Blossom & Bloom for using any of our accepted payment methods. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). If your bank or card is in a different currency:

  • Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees
  • Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer, not by us

Shipping Costs

A standard shipping fee of £7.99 applies to all UK orders. This cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All prices include UK VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20% for most products, 0% for certain children's items). VAT is included in the displayed price - there are no hidden tax charges at checkout.

Failed or Declined Payments

Refunds & Returns

  • Digital Wallets: Refunds are processed to the original wallet within 5-10 business days

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

For pre-order or backordered items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page
  • You can cancel pre-orders before dispatch for a full refund

Price Matching & Price Adjustments

We do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. Prices are subject to change without notice, and promotional pricing is valid only during the specified promotional period.
